RENTAL AGREEMENT

ISSUING CONDITIONS

Bicycles and other equipment can be rented by the hour or by the day. The User of the bicycle rental pays in advance, the start time of the rental is indicated on the contract. If the User exceeds the rental time by 20+ minutes, he is obliged to pay for the next hour of rental as well. The User is obliged to leave an identity card, passport or driver’s license when renting a bicycle and equipment. The User can rent a maximum of 2 bikes with equipment per 1 document. For minor Users, only an adult can rent a bicycle and equipment.

BICYCLE RENTAL CONDITION

The User rents the bicycle in a correct and visible condition. At the time of signing this contract, the User declares that he has inspected and received the bicycle in good condition without any objections.

SECURITY TERMS

The User is familiar with traffic regulations and is trained in safe handling of the bicycle in and out of traffic. The User is informed and warned that it is advisable to use a protective helmet while riding a bicycle in and out of traffic.

AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF EQUIPMENT

The User uses the bicycle and other equipment in accordance with their purpose and with the attention of a good host and undertakes to return them in correct condition, i.e. in the same condition as they were at the time of collection.

DEGREE OF BIKE DAMAGE OR LOSS

Damages caused by careless handling, non-domestic behavior or an accidental event, will be charged by the eMTB to the User according to the currently valid retail price list of “Planet Bike” parts and services. For damage that cannot be repaired, the eMTB will charge the User the value of the bicycle according to the valid retail price of the bicycle at the time of receiving the notification from the service that the damage cannot be repaired. In case of loss of the bicycle, the User is obliged to compensate the value of the lost bicycle to the eMTB according to the valid retail price at the time of notification of the loss of the bicycle.

OTHER PROVISIONS

The use of bicycles is at the renter’s own risk. eMTB is not responsible for any consequences or damage that the User may cause to himself or to third parties. From the moment the bike and equipment are rented out, eMTB is not responsible for damage caused to the User or third parties, as well as for damage to the User’s property or the property of third parties.

By signing this contract, the User agrees to all the above-mentioned articles.

STATEMENT

I agree that eMTB will review, obtain and process my personal data about facts that are kept in official records (JMBG, ID card number, residential address, mobile number, etc.) and other data that are necessary for eMTB in order to eliminate possible adverse consequences, in the event that I do not fulfill the obligations I have undertaken in the rental agreement.
